We are experiencing division and polarities in our world like never before. Many are experiencing these divides in their closest relationships. How can we connect more compassionately with those whose beliefs are different than our own from a place of authenticity?
In Cultivating Curiosity and Compassion, we will discuss how our judgments and assessments influence our feelings, actions, and behaviors. In this three-session series, participants will learn and practice new ways of noticing how and when those patterns of judgment limit their ability to connect and to be more compassionate with others as well as themselves. Methodologies of well-known teachers such as Brené Brown and Richard Rohr will be utilized in this program to introduce practices we can use every day to cultivate more open and resilient hearts.
If you would like to strengthen your relationships, develop your personal leadership skills, and bring more compassion and civility to the world, this program is for you.
