Let your life speak.
— Parker Palmer

I am passionate about collaborating with individuals dedicated to personal and professional growth. This commitment is not just a career choice; it is my vocation - a calling lived out in distinct yet interconnected roles.

My journey started over two decades ago in New York City, working in online advertising. An exciting career, but not fulfilling for me. Thankfully, NYC has beautiful buildings that beckon seekers with their spacious sanctuaries. That’s how I discovered the Episcopal Church. There, I found an intelligent and faithful spirituality expressed in learning, worship, and the power of outreach and community building.

So, I embarked on a new career path, enrolled in seminary, and fifteen years ago became an ordained Episcopal priest. I’ve led congregations in Durham, NC, and Baltimore, MD, and learned that parish ministry is several jobs in one! You are a non-profit, self-differentiated leader whose skill set requires inspiring and relatable public speaking, teaching, visioning, strategic planning, fundraising, conflict resolution and much more.

In 2015, I attended a Daring Way™ conference for Episcopal clergy in Houston, TX, and deeply resonated with Brené Brown's insights on vulnerability and courage. This motivated me to become a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, designing and conducting workshops for corporate trainings, hospital chaplains, non-profit boards, and faith-based retreats.

The Daring Way™ model is integral to my faith, spirituality, and commitment to adult development and learning. It led me to the Georgetown program in Leadership Coaching. In 2020, I earned my ACC certification through the International Coaching Federation, coaching clients in healthcare, corporate organizations, and the church.

In 2020, I launched a podcast Feeling Beings Who Think where I host intentional conversations with colleagues and authors whose careers and callings are powerful examples of how we live our way into who we want to be. We don’t think our way into change - we live it.

Leadership is a lifelong, collaborative journey that requires dedication to ongoing learning and self-reflection with experienced accountability partners. I am grateful for the transformative path of my vocation and eager to support you in yours.
